Morning Light

BY DR. AGONSON

There are sorrows unspoken,
and mysteries unsolve-d,
that through fantastic prisms
find long awaited dawn.

This world of dreams is captured,
like dew upon the web-work
when sunlight shining through it
sparkles on the ground.

Castles are then inspired
by lovely rainbowed flashes.
Where once the darkness hid it
morning reveals a crown.

Sitting above the spider
somewhere I lay recline-d
and ponder night’s long troubles
with sweet contented mind.
